UV uses a light-activated adhesive; traditional adhesive sets with air moisture. Our public extension menu features UV Volume, UV YY / Fairy, and UV Wet Set. Traditional extensions are not on the public menu; contact Martha for a specific private request. Water instructions depend on the adhesive, and remaining extensions at six weeks do not replace regular fills. See UV styles, prices, and care in the UV guide.

Careful isolation and a weight your natural lashes can support help reduce damage risk. Avoid pulling at extensions and follow your care instructions. Tell Martha about sensitivity or previous reactions so she can assess the right application and maintenance for you.

Retention varies with your natural lash cycle and care. Some extensions may remain for several weeks while fullness decreases. Many clients plan fills every two or three weeks; Martha helps you choose timing and the correct UV fill for your set.

Curling bends the lash at a weak point. Extensions won't bond properly to a kinked lash and they'll pop off early. Come with your lashes natural and relaxed.

A lash lift curls and tints your natural lashes without adding extensions. The lift grows out with your natural lashes while the tint fades separately. Follow Martha's lift and tint care and ask about return timing. Extensions add length and volume and need fills.

You won't need to. That's the whole point. But if you want extra drama for a night out, only use water-based, extension-safe mascara on the tips. Never oil-based. And never on the band.

Ombre brows are a form of permanent makeup (PMU) that uses a machine with a single needle to deposit pigment under the skin. The result is a soft, powdery finish, lighter at the front and darker at the tail. It is coordinated separately from the in-studio booking menu.

Results vary by skin type and lifestyle, but most people get 1–3 years before needing a color refresh. A touch-up is recommended 12–18 months after your initial session to keep them looking fresh.

Most clients describe it as mild discomfort, not pain. A topical numbing cream is applied before and during the procedure. Some areas may be more sensitive than others, but it is very manageable.

A brow tint adds color to your existing hairs, great for making sparse brows look fuller. Brow lamination restructures the hairs so they lay flat and uniform, giving that brushed-up, fluffy look. You can do both together for maximum impact.

No. Most people say it feels like a light scratch. No numbing, no downtime. You're good to go right after.

No. That's a myth. Dermaplaning removes vellus hair (peach fuzz) at the surface. It grows back the same texture and thickness. It doesn't change the hair follicle at all.

Dermaplaning uses a blade to remove dead skin and peach fuzz for an instantly smooth surface. Microdermabrasion uses a diamond-tip device to exfoliate deeper. Both reveal fresh skin; dermaplaning is gentler, microdermabrasion goes a bit deeper.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment time. The amount varies by service ($5 to $20) and is applied toward your total. This protects both of us. Every new client is required to pay a deposit before their first appointment.

Yes. Every client is required to keep a card on file.

Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. (Same day cancellations may be considered a no-show) No-shows will be charged 100%. There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 mins, the appointment will be canceled and the card on file will be charged 100% of the service.

Yes, up to 2 times with at least 24 hours notice. After that, a new deposit is required. You can reschedule through the link in your confirmation email or by texting me.
