These policies exist to respect your time and ours. Please review them before booking your appointment.
Plain-language policy
The rules are here so the appointment stays calm.
Pretty Face Esthetics is a one-on-one studio. When you reserve a lash, brow, waxing, dermaplane, or PMU consultation slot, that time is set aside for you instead of being filled by another client. Deposits protect that time and keep the schedule fair.
If you need to change something, text as early as possible. Martha would rather help you reschedule properly than rush a late service, squeeze extra people into the room, or start a treatment when your skin, lashes, or brows are not ready for it.
Deposits
Depósitos
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Deposits range from $15 to $75 depending on the service and are applied toward your total. This protects your time slot and ours.
Cancellations
Cancelaciones
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Life happens; just let us know as early as you can.
Rescheduling
Reprogramaciones
You may reschedule up to 2 times with at least 24 hours notice. After that, a new deposit is required. Use the link in your confirmation email or text us to reschedule.
Late Arrivals
Llegadas Tarde
A 15-minute grace period applies to all appointments. Arriving after that may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, as we stay on schedule for every client.
One Guest Maximum
Máximo Un Acompañante
To keep the studio calm and focused, we allow one guest maximum during your appointment. For quinceañera trials, one parent or guardian is welcome.
Payment Methods

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Deposits are collected online at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change.
PMU Consultation
Consulta PMU
Ombre Brows (PMU) is coordinated separately from the in-studio booking menu. If you have previous cosmetic tattoo work, send clear photos for approval before scheduling.
