What to know before you book.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Deposits range from $5 to $20 depending on the service and are applied toward your total. This protects your time slot and ours.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Life happens; just let us know as early as you can.

You may reschedule up to 2 times with at least 24 hours notice. After that, a new deposit is required. Use the link in your confirmation email or text us to reschedule.

A 15-minute grace period applies to all appointments. Arriving after that may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, as we stay on schedule for every client.

To keep the studio calm and focused, we allow one guest maximum during your appointment. For quinceañera trials, one parent or guardian is welcome.

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Deposits are collected online at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change.

Ombre Brows (PMU) is coordinated separately from the in-studio booking menu, so it takes a booking fee rather than a studio deposit. A $50 non-refundable booking fee reserves your PMU time and is credited toward your service total. If you have previous microblading, cosmetic tattooing, or PMU, send clear photos of your bare brows before scheduling so Martha can confirm what is possible and what it will cost.
