Consultation comes first

Ombre Brows (PMU) is a longer-wear service, so it is not booked from the studio menu like a lash or brow appointment. Scheduling starts with a consultation to review your goals, your skin, your history, and whether this is the right service for you at all. That step exists to protect the result, not to add friction.

Safety and healing expectations

• Booking begins with a consultation rather than an instant online slot. Shape, color, and suitability are agreed before anything is scheduled.
• Permanent makeup heals in stages. Color looks different immediately after the appointment than it does once healed, and that is expected.
• Healing timelines, touch-up needs, and aftercare are reviewed with you directly at consultation, based on your skin rather than a generic schedule.
• If permanent makeup is not the right choice for you, you will be told that at consultation.

Timing and deposit

Plan for 120 minutes for the service itself. PMU is not booked through the in-studio GlossGenius service list because it is coordinated separately by consultation.

Appointments are one-on-one with Martha, a licensed esthetician, and can be handled in English or Spanish from the first question through aftercare.
